If you are placing an order, please be sure to include the following information:
- Your Purchase Order Number
- Our Quotation Number (if any)
- “Ship to” Address with contact person
- “Bill to” Address with contact person
- Catalog Number and Quantity
- VAT number (for European Customers only)
